The fastest way to reach us is by phone or text. Keri handles all scheduling and can usually give you a same-day appointment if you call in the morning. You can also request a free estimate through our contact form, and we’ll get back to you within a few hours during business hours.
We’re open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 3 PM. We’re closed Sundays. For emergencies during business hours, we offer same-day service. If you call outside business hours, leave a message and we’ll return your call first thing the next business day.
Yes. If you call in the morning, we can typically schedule a same-day appointment for that afternoon. Roger’s schedule fills up fast during peak pest season (spring and summer), so the earlier you call, the better your chances of getting in same-day.
No. We offer free estimates for all pest control services. We can give you a ballpark price over the phone if you describe the problem, or Roger can come out and do a free inspection to give you an exact quote. Either way, there’s no charge for the estimate.
We serve San Antonio and surrounding areas including Universal City, Live Oak, Converse, Helotes, Cibolo, Schertz, Leon Valley, and other nearby communities. If you’re outside our normal service area, give us a call anyway and we’ll let you know if we can help.
Yes. Many of our customers are on quarterly service (once every three months) to keep pests under control year-round. The difference is we call before every visit to confirm, so you’re never auto-billed or surprised with a service you didn’t want. It’s recurring service without the contract hassle.
We primarily serve residential homes, but we do handle some small commercial properties like offices, retail spaces, and small warehouses. Give us a call and describe your situation and we’ll let you know if we’re a good fit.
